From its
beginning and throughout its 86 year history, the YWCA High Point has been
providing programs and services which have enriched and enhanced the
lives of women, children and families in our community.
What does a
small donation do for YWCA High Point Community?
$225 provides 6 months
of adult water therapy therapeutic pool usage
$160 provides after
school care for a child for a month
$40 provides swimming
lessons for a child to learn how to swim
$30 provides a new car
seat for new born whose parents cannot afford one
Community
support has allows us to provide financial support to 83% of the
After School Care participants in the 2007-2008 school year!
