Dear Friend of the YWCA of High Point,

The YWCA of High Point has been changing lives within our community since 1920.  This means we have a commitment to being a good neighbor and to care about each other, particularly in times of need.  The programs that we offer strive to empower women and their families in the greater High Point area.  We provide opportunities for growth, leadership in order to attain our common vision of Peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all people.

The YWCA would like to ask for your help in changing lives of individuals through your financial support.

Your gift will enable us to meet the many needs of our community through the continuation of programs such as Teen Moms, Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, Childcare, Aquatics, and the Women’s Resource Center which includes programs such as Baby Basics Closet, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren and Women in Transition.

$225 provides 6 months of adult water therapy therapeutic pool usage
$160 provides after school care for a child for a month
$40 provides swimming lessons for a child to learn how to swim
$30 provides a new car seat for new born whose parents cannot afford one
